It is simply good to look at
The process

What toughening actually does

Most frameless glass applications use Toughened Safety Glass — where the glass is made seven times stronger than normal glass through a heat process. That same process thermally changes the structure of the glass and alters it into a safety glass.

Enquiry to sign-off

Four steps, and the glass always fits the first time

Start at step one
  1. Step 01

    Enquiry & drawing study

Send a plan, a photo off site or just the dimensions. We come back with options for glass make-up, finish and a budget figure.

  2. Step 02

    Laser-measured on site

An experienced glass consultant measures and templates every opening personally — floors, plumb, tile lines and what hides behind the wall.

  3. Step 03

    Manufactured to suit

Detailed, then cut, drilled, polished and toughened at an approved plant. Nothing leaves the works that will not drop into the opening.

  4. Step 04

    Installed & signed off

Our own fitting teams anchor, level, seal and clean. You get the SANS and SAGGA specification it was built to, in writing.

SABS approved

Glass sourced only from accredited toughening plants and glass merchants.

SAGGA guidelines

Specified and fitted to South African Glass & Glazing Association practice.

AAAMSA member

Membership incorporates SAGGA and the South African Glazing Institute (SAGI).

Building regulations

All installed glazing conforms to the National Building Regulation safety requirements.

On record 01 / 04
They measured a balcony that is anything but square and the panels dropped straight into the channel. Six years on, not a rattle in the spigots.

Riaan van Zyl — Homeowner, Kalk Bay

We run Structural Glass on our shower and balustrade packages. The glass consultant argues with our drawings before he builds — which is exactly what we want.

Nadia Petersen — Architect, Constantia Kloof

Nineteen hotel bathrooms re-glazed in eleven days, rooms trading through it. Their crew cleaned up better than the tile contractor.

Clarissa Davidow — GM, seaside hotel, Muizenberg

Fourteen rim-flow panels, mitred corners, all level. The pool pours and you never see the engineering. That is the whole trick.

Grant Merry — Main contractor, Camps Bay
